When you log in to Miva Merchant, you are welcomed by the welcome page with an informational banner that notifies you with the latest Miva Merchant news, ensuring you stay informed about the latest improvements.

The homepage also features a Jump Back In section, which lists recently accessed areas, making it easy to pick up where you left off. Below Jump Back In Links, you’ll find customizable Reports and a Support box. The Support box allows you to create new tickets for technical assistance, review existing tickets, and access helpful resources like the Miva Merchant forums, video tutorials, and documentation.

The main navigation panel is positioned on the left side of the admin interface and includes the following key links:

  • Catalog: Consolidates categories and products, making it straightforward to manage your inventory in one centralized location.
  • Customers: Allows you to manage customer records, view order history, and handle account-related tasks.
  • Order Processing: Streamlines the handling of orders, including viewing, editing, and fulfilling orders.
  • Marketing: Houses tools for creating promotions, discounts, and other marketing initiatives.
  • Reports: Provides detailed insights and customizable reports to help you track your store’s performance.
  • Marketplaces: Integrates with external marketplaces to synchronize inventory and orders.
  • Settings Flyout Navigation: Offers access to advanced configuration options, store settings, and other technical configurations.

These links are primarily used by store owners or non-developer users who need to manage day-to-day operations efficiently.
