When an order is marked as Shipped, you can also add a tracking number and a carrier to the order.
The Miva admin provides tracking links for Canada Post, Endicia, FedEx, UPS and USPS. When an item is marked as shipped, the customer will receive an automated email with the tracking number. The tracking number is a hyperlink that the customer can click on and view the tracking information on the carrier’s website.
Additional Tracking Links can be added in the Shipment Tracking Links tab. To do so, click the Add Shipment Tracking Link button. In the boxes that appear, enter the Type, or carrier name, and then the URL.
You must enter the URL to the carrier’s tracking page, with all of the carrier’s required parameters, and use the token %tracknum% in place of an actual tracking number. The URL will come from the carrier.
