To create an upsale product, click the Marketing header on the left side of the page, then click the Upsale tab.
Then click the Add Upsale button.
On the page that opens you will configure the upsale.
Product Code: You can enter the code for the product you want to upsell, or, if you don’t know it, click the Look Up button to find it. This is the product that will be offered to customers during checkout.
Display: This determines when the upsale will be offered.
Pricing: This determines the product of your upsale product.
When finished, click the Add button. Doing so creates another tab named “Required Products.”
Clicking on the Required Products tab opens a batch list of the products in your store and allows you to assign the required product by clicking the Assigned slider.
When a customer has the required product in their basket at checkout, they may be offered the upsale product, depending on what Display and Upsale options you configured during setup.
