Password Reset

Beginning with Release 10.07, the Miva admin adds new functionality that will make it easier to reset passwords for admin users. In the past, all admin passwords needed to be reset by the support team. Starting with 10.07, users can manually reset their passwords through a password reset mechanism.

Now when a user has forgotten their password, they can click a link in the log in area, and the user is then prompted for their email address.

Once they enter their email address, they receive an email with a personalized link to reset their password.

When they click on the link, the user is then taken to the Password Reset page where they enter their new password and click Update.
