10.05.00 Bug Fixes

Miva PageBuilder (10.05.00/01) defines heading tags in the mmx-base/styles.css that may conflict with other h1, h2, h3, etc tags. This will be fixed in 10.06.00 but until then here are the template changes to fix this:

Changes Required

Navigate to User Interface -> CSS Resources -> Edit Source for mmx-base and make the following changes:
