The following improvements and changes have been made to the Module API in version 10.05.00.
This feature will add the same behavior found in Screen_StoreUtility and Action_StoreUtility to Screen_StoreUtilityModuleLinkList, allowing modules with the 10.03 api_ver and higher to specify custom privilege checks when generating links. The result of this additional API function is it allows admin users to access features such as Review Baskets or Manage Quotes without having full access to Utilities.
