Page Notifications APIs allow modules to get notified when a page is added/updated/deleted/copied.

There are 2 new features which allow modules to tie into PageBuilder.

Subscription Out Of Stock Notification

This modification to the not_subscript module feature adds a function that allows modules to be notified when subscriptions being processed are out of stock.
