New to Miva Merchant version 9.4, you can now access Order Information while in the “Edit Customer” Screens. Let's have a quick look at this new functionality by clicking into “Customers.” In this example, let's pull up the “Edit Customer” screen for this customer account. In this Edit Customer screen, you'll notice a new tab here called, “Customer Orders.” Clicking on this tab will pull up a batch list of orders for this customer. This screen offers all of the same options and functionality that you would expect from the Order Processing screen found here, except on this screen, you will only see orders that pertain to this specific customer. You can review the details of an order by selecting a record on this list and clicking on this “Edit Order” button, or you can simply double-click a record and that would take you to the Order Details as well. Here you can modify this Ship To and Bill To information. If you are manually authorizing and capturing payments you can do so here. You can add/remove or modify items in the order and even initiate a shipment when you're ready to fulfill this order. If the customer account you're working on has multiple orders in its account, you can quickly browse between them by clicking on them on the left hand side. You can also use the up and down arrows on your keyboard. And that's a quick look at the new Customer Orders functionality in Miva Merchant.
