The easiest way to get technical support with your Miva Merchant store, is to click on this "New Ticket" button right from the main page of your Miva Merchant Store Admin. Clicking on this button pulls up a request support window pre-populated with the email address you have set up in your Store Settings. Explain what you need technical support with in this description box and then click on this “Submit Ticket” button. Your support request will automatically be sent to Miva Merchant Technical Support. It will include the description of your problem, your contact information, as well as information on your store; including what version of Miva Merchant you're running, what version of the Miva Merchant engine is powering your store and what kind of Database API your store is set up with.
This is the easiest, fastest and most complete way to submit a request to the Miva Merchant Tech Support team.
