If you’re a Miva Merchant store owner who also uses other online Marketplaces such as eBay, Amazon, or Etsy to sell products on the Internet, you may want to look into the Marketplaces module. The Marketplaces module allows you to integrate your product listings and orders from your various marketplaces into Miva Merchant. This can be helpful if you wish to share your product inventory levels across multiple selling channels and it also allows you to pull order details from the external Marketplaces into Miva so that you can process and fulfill all of your orders using the processing area inside of the Miva Merchant Admin. In order to use the Marketplaces module you first have to install it. Go into Utilities, then click into the “Add/Remove” modules tab. If you don't see it, just click on this Ellipsis and you will find it tucked away in this drop down list. Find the module called Marketplaces and click its “Install” button.

Once you have the Marketplaces module installed in your store, you're going to see it inside of Quicklinks on your Admin homepage, as well as a link in your menu drop down. Let's click into it to configure Marketplaces with your eBay account settings. Click on the Configure Settings button for eBay and then click into the Accounts tab. We need to associate your eBay account to your Miva Merchant store. To do this click on the “Add Account” button. For this video, I'm going to leave environment set to Sandbox because this is a test store, but you will want to set environment to Production, which means you will be using the live eBay servers. Click on the “Retrieve Account” button and a new browser window will open, taking you to an eBay login screen. If you don't see this new window, check your web browser settings to make sure that you aren't blocking pop-up windows and try again. Login to your eBay account and click the “I agree” button, which grants me the permission to communicate with your eBay account. Once you've done that, you can close this window to return to the Miva Merchant Admin. Click on the “Yes” button and then click on “Add.” Your EBay account is now configured for use with the Marketplaces module inside of your Miva Merchant store. The next step in setting up eBay Marketplaces involves configuring an eBay listing detail which is covered in the next video.
