So here we are in the middle of the checkout process. We have a hardback book lamp in our basket. We’re at the screen where the customer can choose which shipping method they want this product shipped with. Right now this store is offering Free Shipping, UPS Ground, UPS 2nd Day Air, UPS 3-day Select and UPS Next Day Air Saver. If your shipping options aren't loading in this menu in the order that you want them to, you can rearrange them with something we call “Priority.” Let's go into the store, open and click into the Shipping area of the store. From here click on the “Edit Priorities” button. Here you will see a list of every possible shipping option you have configured in your store. Each of these options have a numeric value for priority. The higher the number, the higher up in priority that shipping option will be. If you were called the very first shipping method that appeared in the menu was Free Shipping and the very last one was Next Day Air Saver, but if we change this priority for Next Day Air Saver to read say, “101” it's going to have a higher priority than Free Shipping and it should appear at the top of the list. Let's click “Save” and go back to the store and hit “Refresh.” Next Day Air Saver is now at the top of the list since it has the highest priority over all of these other options. Let's try one more. Let's say we want Free Shipping to appear between 2nd Day Air and 3 Day Select. Let's change its priority to be 75 and that will be between 80 and 70. Hit “Refresh” and when we look at the menu, Free Shipping is now between 2nd Day Air and 3-Day Select. And that's how you sort your shipping options on your checkout screen.
