Color Picker

There is a new Color Picker in Version 9.7 that is available for most text area input boxes in the Admin (on the Edit Product page, for example).

To access the Color Picker:

1. Click on the TextArea button to reveal the TextArea Controls Menu.



2. Select Show Color Picker

The Color Picker displays.



3. Use the sliders to create a new color. The CMYK, HSB, RGB and HEX settings automatically update as you move the sliders.



4. You can save multiple colors in a color list.

4.1. Click the expansion button



4.2. Click and drag the new color from the color block at the top of the dialog to the right hand sidebar.

The new color appears in the list.

4.3. Previously saved colors can be selected from the sidebar by clicking on them.



5. You can reorder the color swatches in the sidebar by clicking and dragging.
6. Click Done when you are satisfied with your color pick. The HEX tag for the color you selected will be inserted into the text area box.
