How to Re-Trigger a Gift Certificate Email to a Customer
If your customer contacts you and says they've lost their email or Gift Certificate Code, you can retrigger it in the Admin to resend the email to your client. Here's how:
Click on "Menu," and scroll down to "Order Processing"
Click on the order for the customer and then select the pencil tool to edit.
Click on "Order Emails"
When the "Order Emails" window pops up, check the box in front of "Gift Certificate Created" and then hit "Send"
The Gift Certificate Code will then be resent via email.
