The Subscription Reminder Emails allows you to send out emails reminding your clients using subscriptions that their reorders are coming up. The customer can then edit their subscriptions, or leave them as is.
In your quick links, click on "Order Fulfillment" or click on your menu and scroll down to "Order Fulfillment."
Under "Template Based Emails" click on "Subscription Reminder." Click on the pencil icon at the top.
A modal will pop up. There are two fields you might like to update.
Currently the subject is set to say, "Your "Store name" subscription is Pending." You can customize this to whatever you would like it to say.
You can change when the Reminder email is sent out to your customers. Currently we have it searching through every subscription on a daily basis looking for orders that will process within 3 days. You can change this to whatever your preference is.
Note: It will only send out one email reminder. So if it searches your subscriptions and finds an order that will process in three days, it will only send the email out today. It will not send out emails over the next two days.
When it finds a subscription that is about to be processed, it will send out the following Reminder Email to your customer within the time frame you set.
If you want to customize the look and feel of the Reminder Email, you can. Here's how:
Just like before, under "Template Based Emails" click on "Subscription Reminder." This time click on the "Edit Template" button at the top.
You see the html for the email come up which you can now customize to your liking.
