Create Free Custom Landing Pages with MailChimp
Give your customers a clear call to action. In a few easy steps, you can link your MailChimp account with your Miva store and create beautiful landing pages that make it easy for people to buy your products or join your list.
Custom Landing Page
Create a MailChimp Account here if you don't already have one.
Install the MailChimp Module. Click here for installation instructions.
In MailChimp select "Create Campaign."
Click on "Create a Landing Page."
Choose either a "Signup Landing Page" or a "Product Landing Page." For this instance we are going to create a "Product Landing Page." Give your Product Landing Page a name. Click on the "Begin" button. Make sure there is a list connected to the page by clicking on the drop down and choosing one.
You'll get a page that comes up like this:
This window allows you to edit, drag and drop photos and update their template with a few simple changes.It is directly linked to your Miva store and makes it easy to synch the two with the click of a button.
To update the Logo, simply click on the current logo. This will open up an edit tool on the right. Choose "Replace" and navigate to the logo that you want to update it to. Hit "Save & Close" when you're done.
To replace the Headlines and text, simply click on them and an editing tool will open up to the right. Change the text or headline to whatever you'd like and then click on "Save & Close."
Now here's where the magic happens. To add a product from your store to this Landing Page, simple click on the "Browse All" button.
This will bring up a modal with a drop down. You can select the drop down and products from your store will appear. Click on one of your products and it will automatically update this product to your page. click the "Insert" button.
You'll see the product from your store now on the landing page with a direct link to it's product page on your store.
You can change the layout of the products as well. If you look over to the right, you'll see different options available to you:
- Image by itself
- Image Group
- Image Card
- Image + Caption, etc.
If you wanted to have four products (or more) stacked together, you could choose the "Image Group." It will start you with two images next to each other, but then you can click on the "Add Another Image" button to add as many images or products that you'd like.
When you click on "Browse" to upload a product, it will take you to this window. Click on "Products" on the left hand menu This will bring up all the products in your store.
Click on the product you want and then click on the "Insert" button in the top right. Currently it appears that you can only add one at a time. So when you are done with the first, click on "Browse" to add the next.
At this point if you would like to preview your work, click on the "Save & Close" button, and then click on "Preview" up in the top right of the page.
